We started our Halloween festivities the weekend before Halloween by going to a party hosted by my friend Stephanie, from work. A few other work friends came and it was a lot of fun. They had a bouce house. I'm not going to lie, we kicked the kids out for 10 minutes and had some fun big kid time. We also had a pumpkin carving contest. Mine was pretty good, he hed lopsided eyes and ears...I tried to make im look like that one guy from the movie Goonies. You know who I'm talking about... "Hey...you... guys!" I wish I took a picture of it, but I didn't. Bummer. But here's some picture of my cute Little Red Riding Hood (who won the kids costume contest, might I add), friends from work, and the family. Don't ask what Dustin was for Halloween, because he didn't even know.
She didn't really like the hood, she kept trying to take it off.
Not the best picture, but the only one we took.

Cheese!

A view of her costume from the back.

Don't ask me why my face looks like its glowing; I think it's the lighting.
My work friends. Me, Krista, and Nicole. I unfortunately didn't get a picture of Stephanie, but she (and her family) were clowns.

On Halloween day we went to Dustin's grandparent's house for a crab feed and tick-or-treating. Dustin's parents, and brother and sister-in-law, and nephews were all there. We had such good time. The kids probably had more fun answering the door for the trick-or-treaters than they did actually going trtick-or-treating. Cassidy was so funny. Whenver the door would ring, she dropped whatever was in her hands and would run to the door.

Grandpa giving Cassidy some M&M's...Cassidy was happy to oblige.
The boys had a Halloween activity the night before at church, so they didn't bring their costumes.
